Dupont White & Stone is an Executive Search firm with headquarters in the New York City metropolitan area that serves clients nationally. The firm specializes in retained executive search engagements on behalf of companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 corporations to mid-size public and private companies to well capitalized ventures. Our focus is to serve clients in the recruitment of senior executives and directors. As an adjunct to our retained search services, we do offer “try before you buy” interim and “fixed term” contract opportunities with select clients. Dupont White & Stone has a seasoned team of search professionals, all of whom have over 15 years of experience in the industry in addition to significant careers in the corporate world in various functional disciplines. Our team is comprised of professionals who have recently been with top tier search firms and they have established excellent reputations with clients and within the search community.
The firm's Managing Director is Bill Trautman, formerly an Executive Vice President and Managing Director with DHR International. Previously, Bill had been a senior executive with Stratford Group, AT Kearney and Boyden. His corporate experience includes serving as a Managing Director with Wall Street firms, Vice President and CFO of Seatrain Container Lines, and management roles with Litton Industries and Ford Motor Company.
