Diane
Gdula specializes in managing senior-level searches for clients
in a wide range of industries and services, including management
consulting, technology, finance, and human resources. She is a
results oriented search consultant with a deep understanding of
business operations. H er broad spectrum of experiences in human
resources, strategic planning, operations management, process
redesign, and corporate development brings to clients a unique
combination of strong business insight and an extensive knowledge
of recruiting, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
Diane has collaborated and acted as a strategic and tactical business
partner with senior leadership teams to formulate strategic and
competitive direction. She has experience conducting search assignments
with successful placements that include many senior-level roles,
such as CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Senior Vice Presidents, and Senior
Managers. Her earlier career was spent with top firms including
KPMG, AT Kearney Management Consulting, AT Kearney Executive Search,
StratfordGroup and DHR International.
