Bill Trautman - Managing Director
Bill Trautman is a Managing Director with Dupont White & Stone LLC. He has been active in the executive search profession since 1990. Prior to joining Dupont White & Stone LLC, Bill served as a senior executive with DHR International, AT Kearney, and Boyden; all top tier retained executive search firms.
He has managed and conducted assignments to recruit senior executives in all functional disciplines. Clients have ranged in size from the Fortune 100 to medium-size private companies. A representative list of his search clients includes Chanel, Nissan, Henry Schein, Symbol Technologies, Verizon, Dover, Lexis-Nexis, Standard & Poor’s, Munich Health and CVS Caremark.
Bill Trautman is active in the firm’s Industrial, Supply Chain, Technology, Healthcare Services, and Board practices. Most of his searches are at the CxO, Vice President, Director, General Manager and Board levels.
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Bill held senior executive and operating positions in financial services, manufacturing, and logistics. He began his career with Ford and Litton, progressing to CFO and VP of Seatrain Container Lines. Subsequently, Bill Trautman was named Managing Director with the Wall Street firms of Sterling & Yorke and Moore & Schley, where he managed their investment banking practices, with direct responsibility for corporate finance and M&A activities.
Bill Trautman holds an MA degree in Finance and a BA degree in Business Administration and Economics. He has served on the Board of Directors of several public companies, is a member of the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs, a former Director of the New Jersey American Cancer Society, and an active member of the Yale Club of NYC.
